INNOVATING TODAY. PROTECTING TOMORROW.
Our vision is to transform protective packaging from a hidden waste stream into a catalyst for sustainability empowering businesses to reduce environmental impact without compromising quality or cost, and creating a world where every package protects not just products, but also people, resources and the planet.
At UN1F1ED2 Global Packaging Group, we recognize that protective packaging plays a crucial role in a products’ life cycle, ensuring products can be shipped safely and arrive intact; however, it also contributes significantly to the global waste stream. According to a 2020 study by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, paper, paperboard and wood containers, accounted for an average of approximately 62.6% of the total municipal solid waste (MSW) generation between 1960 and 2018.
This data underscores the urgent need for change in the packaging industry. As companies strive to reduce their environmental footprint, packaging becomes a natural starting point as it is highly tangible, deeply impactful, and closely tied to both cost and carbon. At UN1F1ED2 we are committed to helping our customers turn this challenge into an opportunity. From sourcing and manufacturing to delivery and recycling, we are focused on reducing waste, lowering emissions, and helping our customers achieve their business goals without compromising quality, performance, or price.
THREE PILLARS. ONE PURPOSE.
Our sustainability strategy is built on three pillars: Purpose-Fit Packaging, People Unified, and Partnerships for Innovation. These pillars form the foundation for how we design, operate, and collaborate. This framework guides decisions, sets measurable goals, and ensures accountability. It shapes product development, operational practices, and collaborative initiatives, making sustainability an integrated part of our business rather than an afterthought. By aligning these pillars, we create a clear path for reducing environmental impact, fostering innovation, and delivering meaningful progress for our company, our partners, and the communities we serve.
Purpose-fit Packaging
Smart, sustainable designs that minimize waste without compromising function or quality.
Partnerships for Innovation
Collaborating across our supply chain to unlock circular, low-carbon solutions that promote environmental stewardship.
People Unified
Empowering teams and customers with knowledge, tools and shared responsibility.
OUR SUSTAINABILITY JOURNEY
Specializing in the testing, manufacturing, and distribution of custom protective packaging, we serve industries such as automotive, healthcare, technology, and aerospace. Our customer-centric approach drives us to deliver innovative, high-quality, and sustainable packaging solutions that meet and exceed expectations.
We are deeply committed to sustainability and responsible operations, working closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and priorities. This engagement helps us focus our efforts where they matter most, reducing our environmental footprint, supporting our communities, and delivering long-term value to our customers.
While it was not until 2023 that we formalized our sustainability program, our journey began long ago through practical, responsible business decisions from implementing energy reduction initiatives, upgrading equipment for greater efficiency and getting key product sourcing certifications. These early efforts laid the groundwork for the structured and multi-faceted sustainability strategy we are building today.

PURPOSE-FIT PACKAGING
At Unified Global Packaging Group, we are working to integrate sustainability into our operations and packaging design. This is an ongoing effort that requires measurable actions and continuous improvement. Our focus is on reducing environmental impact across the full life cycle of our products through material choices, manufacturing processes, and end-of-life outcomes.
We aim to align our work with global priorities such as the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). This means addressing climate change, resource efficiency, waste reduction, and responsible sourcing while ensuring compliance and transparency. The following goals outline the areas where we are concentrating our efforts and the steps we are taking to make progress.

CLIMATE CHANGE
- Reduce Scope 1 & 2 GHG emissions by 42% by 2034 from a 2024 baseline using a science-based approach
- Complete GHG Reduction roadmap by end of 2025
- Report annually on Scope 1 & 2 emissions to track against reduction target

ISO 14001:2015 EMS
- Maintain certified systems in Ireland & Poland
- Achieve compliance at U.S. HQ by year end 2026
